PLEASE READ THE RULES OF HIRE

The bus hire is for kids family day out or events. It is not available for Adult Pub Crawls etc. Price is inclusive of bus hire, bus driver, fuel.

Upon booking you will be required to pay a $600 deposit upfront. The deposit amount goes directly to the bus driver as a down payment to secure the bus and driver hire for you. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final amount. However should you cancel your booking you will forfeit the entire deposit. The bus driver has declined other bookings to be available for you so this money will not be refunded if you cancel your booking.

Clients are allowed to change the destinations listed on the itinerary on the day, providing they are not leaving the general vicinity and will still be able to return to final destination on time.

It is to be expected that the bus may run 15 or 20 mins late to the final destination. If this occurs due to un forseen circumstances such as traffic delays or a few stragglers late to board the bus, we do not charge the client extra. HOWEVER, if the bus driver has repeatedly told the client to get himself/herself and his/her guests on board the bus and the clients ignoring these instructions is the direct cause of the bus being more than 15-20 mins late to the final destination, then you the client will be held responsible and charged an additional hour if you don't get your guests on board in time. While we are prepared to allow to be 15 minutes or so late, we are on the clock and we will charge accordingly.

Please inform your guests that they need to be on the bus on time when told.

The hirer and parents are responsible for the care and well being of their children on the bus. We offer a bus hire service only.

MIND YOUR MANNERS! Please keep the bus clean. While we understand that some Parents arrange the bus so they don't have to drive to and from family outings|picnics|barbeques|reunions etc and so that they can partake in responsible drinking of alcohol, please refrain from drinking the alcohol on the bus. Spillage from alcohol may not initially smell unpleasant but after 24 hours the seepage from the spilt alcohol on the seats really reeks and we have to pay for a full bus detail and clean. We will deduct that fee from your bond. The bond will be held for 48 hours until we hear from the bus company in regards to whether or not they need to charge a cleaning fee. If the bus company says they need to clean the bus then you will not receive your bond refund.

Damage done to the bus will be charged to the client at full cost plus loss of bond. Cash bonds will be with held from client if client or client's guests damage the bus internally or externally or if there is alcohol spillage of any kind, vomit or other bodily fluid on the bus.

You  and your guests are welcome to bring your eskies with food, beverages for picnics etc. Please make sure these eskies and containers that you bring on board are air tight to avoid any spillage on the bus. There is only room for one or 2 big eskies on board and those eskies need to be placed at the front with the driver of the bus until you reach your destination/s. Smaller containers can be carried on board and held in your lap or placed at your feet.

* LOST PROPERTY - If we find any personal items left on the bus. We will phone and leave a message with the person who booked the bus tour. He /She will have 14 days to claim the item/s. THEREAFTER, the item/s will be donated to the Salvation Army. Wallets, Keys and ID will be handed into the police. No exceptions. We are not a storage facility. If the items are important to you then you will claim them within the 2 week time frame.
