Dizzy The Fairy The fairy 'Dizzy' is a Balloon Sculptor and her booking fee includes 2 hours of ballooning. Our other Balloon Sculptor Artists prices are for one hour only. 'Dizzy' prefers to work on the North side of Brisbane, however on occasion is available to travel.
