If you have a degree or are undertaking a course in Teaching or Child Care or are a natural performer, then this job is for you! These positions are perfect for persons who are already employed and are looking to earn extra money on weekends.

This is a teaching / child care job with a difference. The sessions last for 1 to 2 hours and would be described as Craft Making plus Fun and Games. With interaction, story telling and even some music and dancing. as well as being the perfect entertainer you will be confident enough to present and communicate with Parents.

You could be required to work at multiple parties on any given day on weekends. Your vehicle must be reliable and a mobile phone is essential for bookings.

Party Entertainment can consist of organising and supervising Games of 'Pass the Parcel', 'Treasure Hunts', Craft Making', Musical Chairs, Dance Off Compeitions, Wishes with Fairy Dust and other fun activities for children aged 1 to 12 years of age.

You will attend parties as a themed Character such as a 'Fairy Godmother, Wicked Witch, Little Red Riding Hood, Tinkerbell, Spiderman, Superman, Character Themes will be appointed to you as per your choice of Costume.

Your job description consists of entertaining the children with fun games and activities while mums and dads relax.

You will be required to attend a training day in Caboolture and will initially learn to present one particular Party Service Theme, followed by further training at a later date to master the skills of various Party Themes. Upon commencement of employment you are required to sign a work place agreement and obtain personal Public Liabilty insurance at a small cost as a sub contractor.

Red Hot Fun For Kids will provide your Work Place Cover Insurance. Your Craft Making Tools and Prizes for Games will all be provided by the Agency so you are equipped for each particular party's requirements. Travel to various locations throughout Brisbane and in Particular Northern Suburbs is involved.

Wages start at $40 per hour plus an opportunity of a wage increase to $50 per hour over time, based on your work ethics and client satisfaction. These positions are Part Time on a Permanent Basis.

Potential Earnings in just working weekends are high and can exceed full time weekly wages of other child care related employment. Upon completion of training your initial work load will be light.
