Drivers required to deliver, set up , dismantle and supervise childrens' play equipment at Birthday Parties at clients homes. Play equipment mainly consists of Inflatable Jumping Castles and Water Slides and also mechanical rides such as Tea Cups and Saucers and Carousels.

Main work consists of dropping off and installing equipment to specific safety standards and then returning to collect the equipment. However we also offer a supervised service when you will be required to oversee the safety of children whilst they engage in jumping and sliding activities. Thus your strong sense of safety awareness, morals and ethics. Some Heavy Lifting is involved. Your work schedule will vary and all work will be on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will be required to travel throughout Brisbane and in particular to the Northern Suburbs.

Your own vehicle will be used to tow the trailers. A fuel allowance is offered on top of wages. When delivering larger castles you may be required to work alone or as part of a team and be accompanied by a second driver. You will be required to attend a training day in Caboolture to learn how to set up equipment.

You are also required to sign a workplace agreement and apply for your 'Working with Children Blue Card' which is a compulsory card. A complete criminal history police check is involved and upon this credibility check you will be required to pay $40 for your 'Blue' card. If you do not have a current First aid Certificate, you must agree to undertake a 2 day course with your local Ambulance at your expense after commencement of employment.

Red Hot Fun for Kids will pay for your Public Liabilty Insurance and Workplace Cover Insurance.

Wages are $40 per delivery including return pick up plus a $10 fuel allowance per job. Delivery and retun pick up is considered as one job. An additional $30 per job is paid if you are required to remain at a a venue to supervise children on play equipment. Dress Standards are clean, ironed blue jeans or shorts. A staff t'shirt will be provided to you. Initial work load will be light and as you gain experience, your work load will be maximised. You will then progress to delivery of up to 5 castles per day.

You will need to be available to work on all weekends with 2 weeks notice given if you require a day off.
